The board voted (informally) to extend the public survey deadline until October 1 to allow more residents to respond and to give the board a consolidated packet for October. Chair (S1) said David would assist with compiling the responses into a single PDF so members can review the results at the next meeting.
Members discussed practical steps for collection and digital scanning: S3 offered to scan two‑sided surveys and others said they could photocopy edits so the group has a single document to work from. The board expects a compiled survey packet will be ready for review at the October 7 meeting.
