Londonderry DRB elects secretary, approves minutes and enters executive session

The Town of Londonderry Development Review Board convened on Jan. 21, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. and added an item to the agenda to elect a secretary. Chair Esther Fishman nominated Andrew Rackear for secretary. Board member Chris LaSelle moved to elect Rackear, Rich Phelan seconded, and the motion carried with one abstention.
Earlier in the meeting the board approved the minutes from July 16, 2025; that motion was made by Andrew Rackear and seconded by Rich Phelan and passed with one abstention. Later in the meeting Rich Phelan moved that the board go into executive session; Bob Maisey seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The minutes note that all guests present, including those on Zoom, left the meeting before the executive session.
The board reconvened and adjourned the meeting at 6:50 p.m. on a motion by Rich Phelan, seconded by Bob Maisey; the motion passed unanimously. The draft minutes include a signature block for later approval by the Development Review Board.
