The Londonderry Selectboard voted June 23 to change the order of its agenda and hold an executive session as the last item. Chair Tom Cavanagh opened the special meeting at 3:32 p.m., and Selectboard member Taylor Prouty moved to move the Executive Session to Item 6; Jim Fleming seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Following the vote the board entered executive session under the statutory authority cited in the agenda, 1 V.S.A. 313(a)(3), described in the minutes as "the appointment or employment or evaluation of a public officer or employee." The minutes record that Town Administrator Aileen Tulloch, Road Foreman Josh Dryden, DRB Chair Esther Fishman, Zoning Administrator Will Goodwin and invited attendees Troy Maynard and Donnie Derby joined the executive session at various times; the board exited executive session at 4:56 p.m. and adjourned at 4:57 p.m. The minutes do not disclose the substance of the executive-session discussion, consistent with the exemption for personnel matters.
