Caleb Magoon announced that board member Greg Paus had resigned after many years of service and that Carol Caldwell-Edmonds will replace him on the Executive Committee for the remainder of FY26. Requests for Marvin Awards nominations were noted.

Edwards building in Hyde Park Village is being renovated into artist studios, housing and commercial space; Johnson Village contractors were impacted by sudden winter weather; Morristown and Cambridge reported peaceful protests; North Hyde Park walkway scoping is in final stages; Belvidere’s Community Trust is working with the Preservation Trust of Vermont on the elementary school; Johnson’s library renovation is underway and the town is collaborating with Vermont State University; Wolcott announced a Haiku writing workshop on Feb. 7. Board members thanked outgoing member Greg Paus for his service.
