Meghan Rodier told the board that the Regional Plan preapplication was submitted to the Land Use Review Board (LURB) on Jan. 16 and that LURB has 60 days to review the submittal and circulate it to state agencies.
"We should receive the comments from the LURB by March 21," Rodier said, and members of LURB plan site visits to Lamoille County. Rodier said the LCPC plans a first public hearing in March and a second hearing in May if possible.
The board did not take formal action on the plan at the meeting; Rodier’s update framed next steps and a likely schedule for agency comments and public hearings.
