At its July 21 meeting the Selectboard approved several noncontroversial administrative items under New Business. The board renamed the Recycling Coordinator position to Solid Waste/Recycling Coordinator to reflect broader duties. It approved the Windham Regional Commission's use of the Town Office John Morse Meeting Room on Wednesday, September 2, 2025 from 6 to 8 p.m. and authorized the Town Administrator to sign the Facilities Use Agreement.
The board also approved a request from the Weston Playhouse Theater Company to use the John Morse Meeting Room for a board meeting on August 2, 2025, and authorized the Town Administrator to sign that Facilities Use Agreement. Finally, the Selectboard approved an amended MERP agreement to add soft costs that were not included in the original agreement and authorized the Town Administrator to execute the amended agreement.
All motions passed unanimously; the minutes do not record additional conditions on facility use or the MERP amendment beyond administrative authorization to sign agreements.
