Commission acknowledges Winhall plan, tables CEDS comment period and hears housing authority update

Chair Jenifer Greenfield announced the commission had received the Town of Winhall's town plan; Commissioner Pamela Spaulding moved that the chair write a letter acknowledging receipt and review. Trevor Powers seconded and the motion carried.
Commissioners also voted to table discussion of the 30-day public comment period for the 2024 Southern Vermont CEDS until the next meeting. In committee updates, Pamela Spaulding reported on attending a meeting with the Springfield Housing Authority, which serves Windsor and Windham counties. Chair Greenfield moved to adjourn and the meeting ended at 8:13 p.m.; the minutes were submitted by Stephen L. Twitchell.
