Commission schedules final review of rules and acknowledges Vermont ethics guidance

The Planning Commission asked Commissioner Pam Spaulding to prepare a final draft of the commission’s rules and regulations for review and signature at the next meeting. Steve Twitchell moved that Pam provide the final product; Brent Bammarito seconded and the commission voted to review and sign the rules at the next meeting.
Commissioners also reviewed Vermont ethics guidance. Steve Twitchell moved that the Planning Commission acknowledge it was aware of the code of ethics and that the commission agreed to abide by it; Brent Bammarito seconded and the motion carried. The acknowledgement was recorded in the minutes but no formal ethics filing or additional training was scheduled in these minutes.
