Following a letter from the Master Plan Task Force, the Planning Commission agreed to hold a special informational meeting to review the South Londonderry Master Plan. Pam Spaulding proposed inviting the Development Review Board (DRB), Road Commissioner Taylor Prouty, Town Administrator Shane O’Keefe, wastewater engineer Chrissy Haskins and others to attend. The commission agreed on Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 3:00 p.m. at Neighborhood Connections for the informational meeting, and Steve Twitchell volunteered to contact invitees and stakeholders.
"It was agreed that Wed. 13 Nov 3PM at Neighborhood Connections would be a special informational meeting for review of the South Derry master plan," the minutes record. Commissioners asked that Stevens and Associates provide map overlays for public viewing; the meeting was approved as an informational session rather than a formal hearing at this stage.
