South Derry master-plan special meeting postponed; Stevens & Associates invited to Dec. 9

The motion was amended to require the task force to prepare the legwork needed to present a final draft; the amended motion was approved.
Emmitt Dunbar, representing the South Derry Master Plan Task Force, told the commission he had met earlier in the day with Stevens & Associates and described confusion about invitations; Select Board member Tom Cavanagh said the Select Board had not received an invite and had learned of the meeting by third party. The commission voted to invite Stevens & Associates to the Dec. 9 Planning Commission meeting to present two reports pertaining to the South Londonderry master plan.
