The Londonderry Selectboard authorized three road and bridge items during its July 21 meeting. The board approved the Spring Hill Stabilization Work Proposal by Hunter Excavating, estimated at $35,000, and authorized the Town Administrator to sign the proposal. The minutes note the work addressed decay from past beaver activity.
The board also approved a guardrail work proposal by Lafayette at an estimated cost of $6,500, a figure noted as under budget. The Selectboard approved the Town Highways Structures Grant Agreement for 2026 for the Windy Rise Project; the project will require tendering for bids and securing matching funds with a time frame into the next year.
All motions passed unanimously. The minutes list no contractor start dates beyond noting the Spring Hill work was started and finished quickly by Hunter Excavating.
