Planning commission pauses Section 3 review after riparian buffer discussion

At the Nov. 11 meeting, zoning administrator Will Goodwin led commissioners through recommended edits to Section 3 of the proposed zoning bylaws covering access and driveway limits, accessory structures, camping-unit storage and use limits, driveway standards, private bridges, drive-thru requirements, erosion control, fences and retaining walls, and pond setbacks.
Commissioner Pamela Spaulding moved that the group pause its review at the riparian buffer section so members could process the changes and return at a subsequent meeting; Trevor Powers seconded and the motion was approved. The commission did not adopt final language for Section 3 on Nov. 11 and left the item for further review.
