The Londonderry Planning Commission voted Nov. 11 to present the current proposed zoning bylaws with tracked changes so reviewers can see how the new draft differs from the prior version. The motion was made by Brent Bammarito and seconded by Pamela Spaulding; the motion passed unanimously.
Zoning administrator Will Goodwin told the commission he has been updating Chapter 1 and noted specific wording changes, including replacing the term "silverculture" with "forestry" and revising how many days food trucks may operate. The commission discussed wording tweaks and procedure for public review; presenting tracked changes will allow readers to see each edit side-by-side rather than only a clean copy.
"It was motioned by Brent Bammarito that the current proposed by laws be presented with the changes so anyone reviewing them could see the difference from the previous proposed by laws," the record states. The commission did not adopt final, locked language for Chapter 1 on Nov. 11; staff will continue edits and return with revised text at a future meeting.
