Residents urge township to block LightPath fiber through borough

Several commenters said LightPath presented alternative routes to different municipal bodies and that confusion about the endpoint and permits has caused anxiety. Board members and the solicitor said no LightPath permits have been filed with the township and that PennDOT controls work on limited-access highways; the chair said staff will continue to press LightPath for clearer routing information and to disseminate updates to residents as they become available.
