USD 417 board approves hires, accepts resignations and retirements

At the June 8 meeting the USD 417 Board approved employment matters as presented. Approved hires included Pam Burnett (CGES Nurse), Jacy True (assistant high school volleyball coach), Dustin SanRomani (Coordinator of School Learning, Innovation and Student Opportunity), and others. The board also accepted resignations, including Samantha Kennedy‑Pettit (CGES teacher aide/interventionist) and acknowledged retirements from Sheila Hill and Roma Grafel (bus drivers).
The motion to approve employment matters was made by TinaRae Scott and seconded by Kelsey Hartman; it carried on a recorded vote with six members voting yea and one absent. Personnel changes will be handled according to district policy and appear in the personnel records.
