At its May 20, 2026 meeting, the Town of Londonderry Development Review Board held a public hearing on a request for a front-setback variance to permit a 1027x1627 mudroom at the home of Ellen and Nancy Berkowitz. The request was filed and presented by applicant Josh Wylie, who and the landowner both appeared and provided the submitted application materials to the board.
Board members examined the documents and asked questions of the applicant and landowner during the hearing. After discussion, Rich Phelan moved to close the hearing at 5:45 p.m.; Robert Trask seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The applicant and landowner left the room and the board entered a deliberative session to consider the variance.
