The meeting aims to address River Corridor mapping and implications for permitted exterior improvements ahead of 2028, when the commission noted some improvements may be restricted.
Commissioners noted that, until 2028, outside improvements are still allowed in the River Corridor zone but that after the 2028 change some improvements will no longer be permitted; the joint meeting is intended to inform residents and coordinate interagency input before the rule change takes effect.
