After executive session, Marlow board approves three hires and accreditation contract

The Marlow Public Schools board convened in executive session at 7:01 p.m. on Aug. 8 to discuss personnel matters, including hiring for classified positions and contracting accreditation services. After returning to open session at 7:47 p.m., the board approved three personnel actions: Colton Seymour as elementary custodian, Tamara Holmes as middle school paraprofessional, and a contracted accreditation services agreement with Ryan Pieper for the 2024–25 school year. Each motion carried by recorded unanimous vote.
The motions were recorded as follows: approval of Colton Seymour was moved by Mark O'Neal and seconded by Chad Choate; approval of Tamara Holmes was moved by Chad Choate and seconded by Terry Turner; approval of Ryan Pieper's contracted accreditation services was moved by Larry Johnson and seconded by Mark O'Neal. All three actions were approved by the full board.
