Selectboard approves Amendment 3, reducing engineering fees for village wastewater study

Town Administrator Aileen Tulloch told the board the amendment reduces engineering fees from the original estimates to $10,609.00 for the North Village and $9,087.00 for the South Village. Jim Fleming moved to approve Amendment 3 and to authorize the Town Administrator to sign on behalf of the town; James Ameden seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The amendment is effective June 30, 2025, and the Selectboard recorded authorization for the Town Administrator to execute the agreement on the town's behalf.
