The Londonderry Selectboard used unanimous votes to approve a set of routine permits, licenses and agreements at its April 7 meeting.
Key actions included adoption of the Annual Town Highway Financial Plan pursuant to 10 V.S.A. Section 306(j); approval of excess vehicle weight permits for multiple commercial carriers (including A.S. Clarke & Sons; Miller Construction Inc; AmeriGas; Casella Construction; and others); ratification of Access Permit Application #2025‑01 for the Corner Store’s Middletown Road access modification; approval of Itinerant Vendor Permit #2025‑01 for Smokin' Bowls LLC conditioned on proof of insurance; approval of a 2nd Class Liquor License for Mike and Tammy's Main Street Deli/Market (2170 Route 11); approval of 1st and 3rd Class Liquor Licenses for Manzana, Inc (Solo Farm and Table) at 95 Middletown Rd; and authorization for the Town Administrator to execute a rustproofing Release and Hold Harmless Agreement with Carrara’s Rustproofing.
All motions were recorded as passing unanimously. Many of the items were presented without extended discussion and were carried by simple motion and second.
