Clerk Tucker said she will send a letter requesting that the owner, identified in the minutes as Greg Baker, appear before the council to try to work out a solution. No enforcement action or formal code-violation penalty was recorded at the Jan. 13 meeting; councilors asked staff to continue outreach to the owner and consider temporary safety measures.
