The Londonderry Selectboard on March 17 approved a set of road-related permits and urged caution as the town entered mud season.
Taylor Prouty reported the town is at the onset of mud season and "urged caution while using dirt roads or avoid all together." The board approved excess vehicle weight permits for r.k. Miles, Inc.; Gurney Brothers Construction, Inc.; and David Chaves Excavating, Inc., and authorized the Town Administrator to execute the permits on behalf of the Town. The board also approved Access Permit No. 2025-01, a retroactive modification for The Corner Store’s existing access on the north side of Middletown Road; the Chair was authorized to sign the permit on behalf of the board.
All roadway permit motions passed unanimously. Town staff indicated Josh reviewed and signed off on the Middletown Road access permit prior to board action.
