The Meeker Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at Meeker City Hall, 510 W. Carl Hubbell Blvd. The minutes record roll call with Donna Weber, Mike Orman, Aaron Head, Lanny Thompson, and Kenneth Massey present. Town Administrator Jeff Wilbourn and Town Attorney Jim Hodgens were listed as in attendance; Town Clerk Kimberly Haynes prepared and signed the minutes.
During the meeting the board voted to enter executive session at 5:32 p.m. and returned to open session at 6:04 p.m. Upon return, the board approved a motion to terminate Joe Jones from employment with the Town of Meeker (motion by Trustee Kenneth Massey, seconded by Mayor Donna Weber). The minutes record a unanimous vote and note the board directed Mr. Jones to return all Town-issued property to City Hall on March 26, 2026. The meeting was then adjourned by motion of Mayor Weber, seconded by Trustee Mike Orman.
