Box Elder council approves agenda, hears no public comment and adjourns special meeting
Summary
At a special session, the council approved the order of business, reported no conflicts of interest, received no public comments, and adjourned the meeting at about 05:40PM.
The Chair opened the special meeting and called for approval of the order of business; a motion to "approve the order of business as presented" was made and seconded and the council recorded ayes to adopt the agenda.
The Chair asked for declarations of conflict of interest and none were reported. The Chair then opened the public-comment period and stated, "Is there anybody here for public comment?" No speakers came forward in the room or online. After completing the scheduled business and an executive session, the Chair moved to adjourn the March special meeting at 05:40PM; the motion was seconded and the Chair called for the ayes.
