City to formalize vendor agreement with Box Elder Event Center for 2026 events

Mark O'Loughlin, Economic Development Manager, explained the proposed IDIQ vendor agreement with Atlantis LLC (doing business as the Box Elder Event Center) would establish a legal relationship allowing the city to use the facility for events in 2026. "No money exchange with this, just simply a legal document putting us two together for these events," he said.
Staff recommended approval; a committee member moved, the motion was seconded, and the committee approved forwarding the vendor agreement to council with a recommendation to approve.
