Assistant city engineer Justin Davis (S17) told council that the contractor and developer successfully completed construction for Alpha Omega Subdivision phase 1C, leaving only a few minor punch-list items that will be addressed during the asphalt paving season. He said there are a few building permits pending that depend on acceptance of the infrastructure and recommended approval of the city’s acceptance.
Council approved Resolution 26-16 to accept the infrastructure; staff noted the standard warranty and punch-list process will resolve the remaining items before the developer receives final occupancy for affected lots.
