The board opened a public hearing on a variance for 323 Pine Drive, heard a staff presentation, recorded no public comments online or in the audience, and closed the hearing before taking action. After staff described lot constraints and recommended approval, the board approved the variance by unanimous roll call and then voted to adjourn the meeting at 06:37 p.m.
The Chair confirmed there were no online public comments during the hearing and noted follow-up permitting steps for the variance will be handled through standard planning processes.
