Warrens Plan Commission approves agenda and May 22 minutes, directs drafting of zoning exemption criteria

At the June 9, 2025 meeting the Village of Warrens Plan Commission approved the meeting agenda on a motion by L. Schroeder, seconded by T. Swope, and approved the May 22, 2025 minutes on a motion by T. Swope, seconded by L. Schroeder; both motions were recorded as carried in the minutes. Present at the meeting were A. Werner, L. Schroeder, T. Swope and Village Clerk Tonna Claussen; M. Kaul and M. Clark were listed as absent.
The commission also reviewed an updated zoning ordinance and recommended the Village Board consider placeholder language to allow exemptions for certain decorative or historic vehicles and directed the Plan Commission to draft criteria for such exemptions. The meeting was adjourned at 9:41 AM on a motion by T. Swope.
