One member said the finished document should be sent as a Word file to the printer, and volunteers will help assemble the inserts before bills go out; the board discussed a target of sending the tax bills this week.
Board members also clarified question order and wording: the opening fields will collect property address and resident/nonresident status, followed by a question asking whether the volunteer planning/zoning board should continue. The group agreed to keep the AI‑draft format but to manually edit AI suggestions before printing. The board set a short internal deadline to complete formatting and coordinate with the printer so the survey can be included with the upcoming tax mailing.
