The resolution authorizes Mayor Devin Johnson or City Administrator Brogan Jones to sign any deed and documents necessary to complete the transfer.
Administrator Brogan Jones introduced the item. Commissioner Vail-Keller moved to approve Resolution No. 24-03; Commissioner Banzet seconded and the motion carried. The minutes show the Land Bank then adjourned and the City Commission reconvened as the governing body.
