The Neodesha Land Bank on Aug. 29 approved Resolution No. 24-02 to transfer real estate at 902 and 904 N. 9th (lots 21–24 of Samuel J. Mayor Devin Johnson or City Administrator Brogan Jones is authorized to sign any deed and other documents necessary to complete the transfer.
Administrator Brogan Jones presented the request to the commission. Commissioner Vail-Keller moved to approve the resolution; Commissioner Banzet seconded. The motion carried. The transfer was recorded in the meeting minutes as an approved action of the Neodesha Land Bank under Resolution No. 24-02.
