Council adopts police ride-along policy, approves equipment repairs and firefighter pay change

Allan Adelman moved that firefighters who are paged out should be paid even if the call is later canceled; TJ Duncan seconded and the motion carried. Ernie reported the funeral cart repair in Joplin will cost $1,270.96 and that he will pick it up the next day. The fire department reported one fire call over the weekend and that staff prepared 1,100 eggs for the April 5 Easter egg hunt.
