Council accepts $1,000 low bid from Foxwell Holdings to clear 116 S Walnut

Allan Adelman moved to accept Foxwell Holdings' $1,000 bid and Ken Collins seconded; the motion carried. The minutes note the city previously gave the owner additional time and are now moving to contract for cleanup.
