Selectboard approves .gov domain migration and multiple local liquor and vendor permits
Summary
The Selectboard unanimously approved migrating Londonderry’s domain to londonderryvt.gov, and approved liquor licenses, outside consumption permits, an itinerant vendor permit, and retroactive Town Hall use for a farmer’s market.
The Website Committee recommended migrating the town's domain from londonderryvt.org to londonderryvt.gov; the Selectboard approved the migration and directed the Town Administrator to coordinate with staff, IT services and Revize to complete the transition.
In a bundled set of votes the board unanimously approved a 1st and 3rd Class liquor license for Ski Magic, LLC (495 Magic Mountain Access Rd); a 2nd Class liquor license for AGS Vermont Inc (Londonderry Village Market, 5700 Vermont Route 100); outside consumption permits for Turner Enterprises, LLC (New American Grill) and Upper Tamarack, Inc (Upper Pass Lodge); Itinerant Vendor Permit #2025-03 for Grateful Harvest LLC at Green Mountain Therapeutics; and retroactive authorization for the Town Hall to host a private farmer's market event on May 4, 2025. All motions passed unanimously.
