James Ameden moved to authorize the Town Administrator to submit the VTrans Municipal Highway Grant application for the Windy Rise Lane West culvert replacement; the motion was seconded by Taylor Prouty and passed unanimously. The board directed staff to proceed with application materials and to apply even with the town’s #8 ranking to preserve the opportunity.
