Council hears pavilion request, cemetery upkeep details and concerns about televising meetings and street sweeper

During the officers' reports, Council Member Kayla Daily said she would like to build a pavilion on the corner of West Avenue B and Nickerson Street for Klear Nearly Days and community center overflow and asked Mayor Ruebke to help pursue grants through the Hutchinson Community Foundation.
