Maintenance Operator Steven Dwight told the council that the culvert at 16th (Lake Rd) and Main has been replaced; Victory Excavating was the only bidder on the job and the plan includes adding a stainless-steel apron to prevent the culvert end from being crushed. Dwight also said well-house lights need replacement and that a man basket rental would cost $142 per day, an expense that fits within the maintenance operator budget; the council approved proceeding with the rental.
Dwight said park tables have been painted and the park is in improved condition. The council approved moving forward on the maintenance items discussed during the meeting.
