Committee flags residency language and potential exclusions for DACA or undocumented students

"Follow-up to ensure language doesn't exclude students who are undocumented," Ulmer said as a note to staff. Members discussed the option of placing some residency specifics in the grant agreement rather than the rules to retain flexibility and suggested staff check Oregon residency and financial-aid rules for alignment.
