The Mayor called for the vote; the motion to adopt passed by voice vote.
Councilors discussed that the ordinance had been before the council at the previous meeting and that only minor edits (the dedication to streets) had been made since. Staff noted the ordinance follows the procedure of a second reading by title before adoption and that any further implementation details would come through city administration. The ordinance will now be enforced according to the city’s tax code schedule.
