The council directed Solicitor Tim Wachter to prepare the easement agreement; the motion recorded that the borough will accept responsibility for two catch basins and approximately 60 feet of pipe between them. Councilor Osborn moved the retro-active easement; Councilor Kerns seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
The minutes do not state any compensation to the property owner or an execution date for the easement; Solicitor Wachter was given authority to draft the agreement.
