Council later approved a crack-seal program for city streets: up to four pallets of crack seal will be used, with $6,000 taken from the special highway account and remaining costs from infrastructure funds. The maintenance operator reported ongoing mowing and limited tree spraying as part of routine street and grounds upkeep.
