Callie Zirkle, the new Coffey County Chamber Director, introduced herself to the New Strawn City Council at its Sept. 12 meeting and said she began the role on Sept. 3. Zirkle told council members the chamber has “a lot of things to take care of” before it is at full capacity and that Chamber Bucks will continue to be processed through Economic Development while the chamber ramps up operations.
Council members received the introduction without formal action. The agenda listed two other Spooky Stroll contacts, Sarah Nuessen and Jeanette Tatton, but the record notes they did not attend.
