MLAC approves technical amendment to HB4040 to clarify attending-physician language

"The dash 19 is the last dash that I will care about and I hope that you all care about," Sarman said, summarizing that these edits finalize the work relevant to MLAC's purview.
MLAC members moved, seconded and passed a motion to approve HB4040 with the dash-19 amendment. Members thanked stakeholders and staff for the technical work and noted plans to continue work on related access issues at the MLAC level in the future.
