Council adopts revised Sprague Community Theater fee schedule after staff presentation and council concerns about subsidies

Christine emphasized the goal was to align fees to actual costs and to reduce the general-fund subsidy. The council moved to adopt Resolution 25-05 (revised fee schedule and rental agreement with an annual CPI escalator) and approved it unanimously.
