Nortonville council approves routine minutes and financial reports, pays monthly bills

The Nortonville City Council accepted its February 12, 2025 regular meeting minutes and multiple financial reports and authorized payment of the monthly bills during the March 12 meeting. Clerk Barbara Polson presented the minutes, bank reconciliation and treasurer reports, and each motion to accept the documents carried 5-0.
Council also reviewed utility billing totals and past‑due account adjustments and voted 5-0 to accept the utility billing report as presented. Council members present were Brad Noll, Steve Belveal, Alan Barnes, Spencer Brown and Lora Weishaar; Mayor Ray Brown was absent. The meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
