Council approves personnel changes including termination of seasonal groundskeeper and hires for parks and kitchen

Separately, council approved hiring Emma Erickson as a part-time cook at $13.78 per hour; staff said Erickson is already an employee (server) and the action formalizes the additional role. The council recorded the votes on these personnel matters and asked staff to proceed with onboarding and payroll adjustments for the new hires.
