The Board of County Commissioners granted preliminary approval July 6 to a boundary adjustment that would combine parcels, enlarging one parcel by roughly 4.5 acres and confirming a main parcel of about 248.257 acres. Staff recommended granting preliminary approval and returning the item to a future agenda for final approval after survey and title documentation were provided.
"My recommendation for the board is to provide preliminary approval of the boundary adjustment, ending final approval after receipt of the map and survey," the County Attorney said during the presentation. The Chair moved to grant preliminary approval pending a survey; the motion was seconded and carried without opposition. Staff instructed applicants to coordinate with the county clerk and return for final approval when required documentation is complete.
