The Osage City Council adopted Resolution No. 1120 on Aug. 27, revising the city’s Comprehensive Fee Schedule to increase mowing charges for nuisance properties. The motion, made by Council Member Cathryn Houghton and seconded by Council Member Susan Smith, was declared carried.
Under the adopted schedule, the city will charge $200 per cutting for nuisance-property mowing and $100 per man-hour (or portion thereof) for time beyond two man-hours. City Manager Katie Hodge presented the change as an administrative fee update; the minutes do not record a roll-call tally for the motion.
