Selectboard renews sheriff contract, extends wastewater support and approves cleaning services

The Selectboard approved the annual Windham County Sheriff contract for July 1, 2025–June 30, 2026 in the amount of $70,000 and designated the chair and Town Administrator as authorized requestors. The board also approved an extension of the Windham Regional Commission contract for Village Wastewater project services through Dec. 31, 2025 to maintain continuity of grant-related work.
Additionally, the board accepted a two-year cleaning services proposal from SVT Property Management at an estimated $280 per week for the July 1, 2025–June 30, 2027 term. All motions carried unanimously.
