Taylor Prouty moved to accept the WRC proposal, estimated to cost $21,800.00, and to authorize the Town Administrator to execute any documents necessary to hire the contractor; the motion passed unanimously. The contract is for project management services related to MERP improvements and will be executed by the Town Administrator after paperwork is finalized.
The Selectboard recorded the estimate of $21,800 for the consultant services and authorized staff to proceed with contract execution.
